Raw Cashew Cheeze Sauce

This quick nut cheeze sauce is perfect for pouring over a pizza or lasagna without any advanced preparation.

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried)

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add a bit more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if it’s too thick.
