Creamy Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing

  • 1 bulb garlic baked and skins removed (see above)
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon raw cashews
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar or rice vinegar
  • tsp chopped fresh thyme or ½ tsp dried thyme


  • Blend all ingredients except thyme until smooth. Stir in thyme.
